The Advisory Council provides strategic insight and diverse industry perspectives that guide PIR’s programs and initiatives. New Advisory Council Members Sarah Armstrong Founder, A Brighter Tomorrow for Africa Foundation; Founding Executive Director, Internet Society Foundation Sarah Armstrong is a seasoned philanthropic and nonprofit leader with more than two decades of experience advancing health, education, and digital globally. As Founder of A Brighter Tomorrow for Africa Foundation and Founding Executive Director of the Internet Society Foundation, she has built and scaled mission-driven organizations dedicated to expanding opportunity and Internet access
