Reston, VA- February 20, 2009- .ORG, The Public Interest Registry (www.pir.org) is proud to announce that CEO Alexa Raad has been named to the Washington SmartCEO magazine’s 2009 Smart100 program, an exclusive group of 100 CEO’s assembled by an independent selection committee selected for his or her Leadership, Strategic Vision, and Character.

“It is wonderful to be selected as one of this year’s Smart100 CEOs”, said Raad. “To be listed alongside some of the Washington area’s most innovative leaders and companies is an honor, however the real recognition belongs to my team at PIR who work diligently to promote and further the interests of the .ORG community.”
As a Smart100 CEO, Raad will be profiled in the 100-page annual supplement which will debut as the 13th issue of SmartCEO this spring. The Smart100 CEOs will also be listed on www.smartceo.com.
