As senior vice president of law and policy, David serves as the lead in advocating policies that support and strengthen the internet and the .ORG community. He brings over 40 years of experience in law and policy. From 1999 until 2002, he served as vice president for public policy of the Internet Society. In 2002, he became a member of the founding board of .ORG and served as chairman until August 2004.
