A UK national working in Paris for the past 10 years, Thomas Mackenzie has a professional background in the non-profit sector. He currently works at ITEMS International; a Paris based firm specializing in global Internet governance.
As an active member of the ICANN community, Thomas worked on the most recent Organizational Reviews of the ICANN ccNSO and the ICANN ASO. He also worked with several applicants in the recent gTLD process, and was the drafter of the .corsica TLD application.
He works in very close association with the French national registry, AFNIC, and regularly takes part in meetings with French government officials and members of the GAC on issues relating to ICANN and the new gTLD process.
Thomas is a graduate of the University of London, The University of Birmingham, and the British School of Paris.
