Introducing Director of Global Sales, John Ruggiero, to the .ORG Team

It is my pleasure to introduce John J Ruggiero to the .ORG team. John has joined us as our new Director of Global Sales. John comes with over 22 years of sales leadership experience most recently as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Register.com’s Rconnection Division. In addition to his experience with the domain name industry, John has also worked with Level3 and Cable and Wireless holding senior sales/management roles. His many years of sales as well as industry experience are a winning combination to enable our registrar partners to succeed in cashing in on the widening appeal of .ORG and the additional unique services which can be sold alongside it.

John will be making the rounds to meet our partners, at the upcoming Toronto ICANN Regional gathering from August 20-21 and the Korea ICANN meeting in October. Please join me in wishing John a successful start with Public Interest Registry.
